We are planning a "26th" Reunion for the weekend of August 18-20th!

The details of the reunion are as follows:
Friday:
We will meet at around 6 pm. It is Old Home Days in Groton. (sorry golfers) at the Groton American Legion out in the back. Parking is suggested across the street where they are parking for the fair or anywhere you choose in Groton and walk to the Legion. There are many things going on that you can do throughout Groton during this time including the fair they will have set up. The cost is whatever you choose to do and any food and or drink you wish to purchase. We cannot actually rent the pavilion out back due to the Old Home Days but there will be a band later and it is open to the public. You can sit out back and talk, go on rides, see the sales if they are still out, possibly win one of my cakes if they have that going on which I am trying to make sure happens. We will give out nametags and check off those that have paid already or take you payment when you get there. The bar is available for those that wish to partake.
Saturday:
We have the pavilion # 1 as previously mentioned in Little York Lake Park just outside of Homer. (For directions you can call or email or check mapquest.com - your choice.)We have it from 9 am until 9 pm. Once you reach there you can find us by the signs we put up. This will be a picnic deal.
Sunday: We will meet in Sugget (probably not spelled right) Park near Parker school we will give you directions if you are unsure where this is near Wickwire pool so bring your swim stuff (by the basket ball courts) We have the building there from 9 am until 9 pm. This will be another picnic type deal.
ATTENTION: We will be having several raffles throughout each day. 50/50 and other things awaiting donation items for confirmation. (If you want to donate something call either Judy or me and we will be happy to accept it and add it to the list when you bring it in). Please do remember some of our classmates dont live in the area so diners out in the area may not go over as well as other items they can take with them. Judy is contacting a T-shirt dealer to see if we can get these to sell on a by order basis we will keep you advised there.
ATTENTION: On each day we will check our people in and ensure everyone has a nametag so dont forget to stop and introduce yourself and family.

PRICE:
For the student only: $25.00 for the whole weekend that is lunch and dinner on 2 days so about $6.25 per meal and companionship. An additional $20 for your family - for the same benefits. Burger King is more expensive. Friday night you will have your choices of what to do and where to eat I have yet to reach anyone to see if we can get discounts on some things for bringing so many people in most want to know how many people could be expected prior to giving any form of discount on anything. So when I have more numbers (especially for Friday) then I will let you know. Whatever monies minus expenses will go into our account towards future reunions. Maybe next reunion (30th - which is only 4 years from now) we can do fancier and still be reasonable. RSVP to this email and mail payments to CHS c/o Sally Hatch; 4684 Maple Ave; Locke, NY 13092. Since neither Judy nor I have access to the account for our class and Alice Starmer will be in and out of town for weddings please make any checks out to Sally Hatch and Judy Alexander and put CHS in the memo section this way you have a receipt.
